REAVC Membership

Association membership is limited to County of Ventura retirees, certain special district retirees, and their surviving spouses.

Regular Membership: Any retired person who was previously employed by the County of Ventura , any of the special districts under the direction of the Board of Supervisors, or a special district participating in the Ventura County Employees’ Retirement Association (VCERA), is eligible for regular membership in the Retired Employees Association of Ventura County (REAVC).

Associate Membership: The spouse, widow or widower, or the domestic partner of a regular member of REAVC, who is receiving a Ventura County Employees’ Retirement Association pension as a beneficiary is eligible for associate membership.

Dues : Monthly membership dues for both regular and associate members are $1.50, and may be paid through a payroll deduction from the member’s Ventura County Employees’ Retirement Association retirement check. Membership dues may also be paid annually by mailing a personal check for $18 to REAVC.
