The Ventura County Employees’ Retirement Association (VCERA) administers the County of Ventura retirement system, and governs the member/beneficiary retirement, disability, death, and survivor benefits.  

The VCERA Board meets monthly to discuss business related matters affecting the retirement system and member/beneficiary benefits.   Retirees are encouraged to attend these business meetings. 

The business meetings are usually held at 9:00 a.m., the third Monday of each month.  Be sure to confirm the meeting time before attending, as the dates are subject to change.
